Terms of Service — The Proof House

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of and participation in The Proof House membership program, operated by Devlin Consulting Services ("we," "us," "our"). By enrolling, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Program
The Proof House is a year-long membership for owners of laser-products businesses. Your membership includes access to the Laser Maker's Method guided pathway, weekly live coaching, the member community, the business toolkit, monthly work sessions, and the Maker Mode Website Kit, as described on our enrollment page. Program components, schedules, and delivery methods may evolve; we will always deliver the core membership described at enrollment.
Founding members who enroll during the founding enrollment period lock in the founding annual rate for as long as their membership remains continuously active.
2. Pricing and Billing
Membership is billed annually at the rate shown at checkout ($1,497/year founding rate; $1,997/year standard rate).
Your membership renews automatically each year at your locked rate unless you cancel. We will remind you before each renewal.
Payment plans may be offered at checkout (for example, four installments of $399, or twelve monthly installments). A payment plan is a way to pay the full annual membership price over time. It is not a monthly or quarterly subscription, and it cannot be cancelled partway through the year. By selecting a payment plan, you commit to every installment for the full membership year, whether or not you continue to participate.
If an installment payment fails, we will notify you and retry the payment. Your access may be paused until your account is current, and the remaining installments for the year remain due.
If your membership lapses for any reason, the founding rate lock is forfeited and re-enrollment is at the then-current standard rate.
3. Money-Back Guarantee
Complete your Maker Mode and your Profit Blueprint within the first 30 days of enrollment. If at the end of that work you do not have a business model that fits your life and a profit target with real math behind it, show us the completed work and we will refund your enrollment in full. Refund requests under this guarantee must be made within 30 days of your enrollment date. If you are on a payment plan, a refund under this guarantee covers the installments you have paid, and your remaining installments for that membership year are released.
This guarantee covers the fit of the business model and the math behind it. It is not a guarantee of earnings, sales, or business results.
4. No Earnings Guarantees
We teach business-building methods; we do not promise income, sales, or any specific business outcome. Your results depend on your effort, your market, and factors outside our control.
5. Acceptable Use
The member community and coaching spaces are professional environments. You agree not to harass other members, share spam or unsolicited promotions, or disrupt sessions. We may remove members who violate this standard, with or without refund at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All program materials — including the Laser Maker's Method, coaches, tools, templates, calculators, and session recordings — are the property of Devlin Consulting Services and are licensed to you for your personal business use only. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or republish program materials.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting [email protected]. Cancelling stops your membership from renewing for the following year. You will retain access through the end of your paid membership year. If you are on a payment plan, cancelling does not cancel your remaining installments for the current membership year; the full annual amount remains due. Membership fees are non-refundable except as described in Section 3.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active members. Continued membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
